2) Choose wooden axles that are just smaller than the whole size of your wooden wheels for a free spinning wheel where the axle is glued in place, or choose a tight fit dowel with or without axle caps for assembly that has the axle spinning.
3) Choose a length based on the design of your project.

I ordered 30 of these, but only 24 were of the size specified - none of the remaining 6 matched in size in any way, ranging from 2-3/8" to 2-3/4" in diameter. They were off in the thickness range but not enough to cause problems.
Made it difficult to complete my project and bought additional wheels from someone else.
Parcel arrived quickly despite the postal strike. Items were just as described and
just what I was looking for.
This wheels are nicely made, good wood, and just need a light sanding to prep them for finishing. I am pleased.
Perfect wheels. Made of hardwood. Used for toy frog.
Never got last order. Not sure why?
