I was very happy with the quick delivery of the clock inserts. But I found that they were not what I needed. I called to explain that they were the wrong ones and the gentleman was very nice. He told me how to send them back and I also enclosed and old insert that was the kind I needed. Your products are very nice and I will continue buying from your company in the future. Unhappy with payment transaction. I was invoiced an amount and submitted payment. The Invoice was then changed I was billed a larger amount without ever being notified of the change . Proper and good business practice would be to notify me of the change before billing extra. James Silver
