This is a top of the line quartz clock movement with all the features our customers ask for.
This size is suitable for a 5/8" thick clock face and will work with our smaller clock hands under 5" length.

First I will say that my customer service experience was great. There was a problem with the order and the response (e-mail exchange) was quick and helpful. An incorrect part was replaced (relatively quickly given the holiday shipping time).
The web site does not depict the same part and does not link to the correct instructions for the movement I received. A little persistent searching resolved almost all of my questions.
The end result is a mostly repaired clock that keeps good time and provides a nice chime. The pendulum install appears to need some (as yet undetermined) balancing, but it's for appearance and not function anyway.
All in all, a good customer experience with a good product.

Everything came as expected and earlier than expected. Ave Maria chime isn't the best--kind of slow and spaced out, took awhile to figure out what it was. All others are fine. Hands are hands, not much to say about them and pendulum is OK.

The movement is nice. I reused the old hands and the lyre on the new pendulum. Once I got the set up instructions, it was easy. The only thing in shipping the speaker became dislodged. But everything else was fine.

installed clock with sound. sound worked perfectly but clock itself would not work. contacted Bear Woods who were great and said replacement would be shipped out. Replacement is due today.
