I needed to replace the clock insert for a clock I purchased long ago at an arts fair. After spending some time looking for the correct size replacement and not finding it, I came upon the Bear Woods website. I have a decorative small mantle clock but the hands kept falling off the clock face. I looked for a replacement clock insert on Amazon, but they didn't have much selection. Bear Woods have many more sizes and styles available, included just what I wanted. No hassle purchase and delivery.

Clock was to replace one in a ceramic case. Perfectly good prompt service and the clock is a perfect replacement and works fine. My only complaint was a lack of instructions on how to fit the battery as I was reluctant to apply too much force when I didn't know how it should open.

I gave your company and test order and 5 out of 6 is not bad but your failure to address the problem with the 2" Picture Frame Case has soured me for any further orders.

Measured the clock-base cavity diameter, ordered clock based on inside diameter of clock..fit perfectly. Put battery into the clock and works well keeping perfect time.
