Happy/but

Very happy with your service. But, I do have a small problem with the clock. I bought the required batteries and installed one and the clock ran well for two days and stopped. I though maybe the battery was bad, so I installed the another battery and the same thing happened again. Could I have two bad batteries and/or is there something wrong with the clock.
