not so happy

The clock arrived on time. Correct size and appearance was also fine. However, the clock does not keep the correct time. Of course we changed the battery but after a few days it slows again. Unfortunately we are looking for a replacement. Disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised with my new clock face. It took a little bit of fanageling to fit it in because I believe the actual size is in between the diameters offered, but eventually I got it to fit and love the look of it. Thank you for a very nice product.

When I received a defective clock I was worried about the hassle of returning it and trying to get another one. Bear Woods customer service (Cara) was great to deal with. A new clock was sent without having to jump through hoops. Thank You!
