The product is excellent, exactly as described, and contributed to a beautiful floor but it was two hiccups with the order:
(1) no notification of shipment or tracking information
(2) wrong quantity was shipped.
I had to take pictures and write emails but it was resolved quickly with apologies, they really care about customer service.
I would use this company for future purchases and recommend to others.
