I ordered 12 dozen each of two blade sizes and paid for that quantity. I received 1 dozen of each blade size. I called and they offered to refund my funds but I decided to request that they send the 12 dozen each of two blade sizes and pay additional cost of one dozen each of two blade sizes that I received already. They did not charge me for the shipping of the one dozen of each blade sizes. The second thing is the internet showed no cost shipping but a few days after the order I got an email saying that the internet is wrong and shipping is $5.45 so I paid the additional funds. It is more interesting because the receipt states that shipping is free but shows the charge for shipping. Be careful of internet orders and it may be best to call in your order. The product is excellent and is just about the only blade I use. At the correct saw speed the blades handle almost all thicknesses and types of wood in scroll sawing

Although it takes a little practice to get these extra tiny blades tensioned so they don't break when flipping the lever (you have to slightly flex the blade to keep from overtightening), they are my favorite for intricate work. Smooth cuts(no sanding) and tight turns! Whats not to like? Plus they retain their sharpness for a long time.

The wood I ordered came in shrink wrapped packages to minimize moisture affects. The Cherry and Walnut pieces were beautiful. The BB plywood was excellent and will be used as primary display projects. Completely satisfied.
