One of the items was out of stock and they immediately contacted me and offered a better and more costly substitute at the same price as the out of stock item. I use these hangers on ceramic tiles, and they adhere with E6000 adhesive nicely and look classy. I bought some many years ago for attaching wire to artwork, and when I looked at the packaging of the d-rings, I found the information needed to order more, even though it was years later. Good company! Thank you!

These things are great! And Bear Woods is the only place I have been able to find them. We are a frame shop that has been in business for 30 years, and we're always looking for sleek & efficient solutions for hardware, and these are perfect for very small mouldings.

Recently, my wife needed to prep some frames for a gallery show. The frames required very small “D” Ring hangers. We couldn’t find them locally, so... off to the internet hunt — landing on Bear Woods Supply. I ordered them along with the small screws, they were delivered promptly and worked out great! Oh, I had the need to place a call to customer service... what a pleasure — friendly and helpful. And just a thought... while on hold, great music to listen to while waiting! Kudos and thanks!
