Second time I have ordered from the company and I am always happy with the parts. Ordered pendulum movement but received Roman clock insert by mistake. Contacted the company and they immediately sent the right part and paid for the shipping! This is the only company I have found that still offers replacement parts for the older Howard Miller clocks. Great company to order from.

I have been trying to repair a wall clock for a couple of years but to no avail. Finally, after having bought, and ultimately throwing out, cheap mechanisms I came across Bear Woods. This mechanism lives up to it's description and actually works. I couldn't be happier!!!
