Westminster Chime Pendulum Quartz Clock Movements for Clock Faces up to 3/8" thick
Full-sized quartz movements with built in speaker plays a portion of the traditional Westminster Chimes melody of a grandfather clock every quarter hour, as well as counting out the hours on the hour along with the full Westminster Chimes melody. These are very popular movements, and they are very easy to use! These are great to use as replacement clockworks or when making a new clock.

Searching for replacement clock movements, lead me to Bear Woods Supply Co. Their movements appeared to be of better quality, larger battery (C not AA), more features and options. Since this movement was to be supported by the dial face, I had to re-enforce the dial/movement with thin piece of wood (paint stir stick.) I was able to use the old banjo pendulum- fits perfectly on pendulum motor hanger. Movement keep accurate time, chimes a nice tone. No problems ! Will I purchase from Bear Woods Supply again ? Yes !

I appreciate your prompt service. The Westminster movement appears identical to the one it replaced. My only disappointment is the chimes; they are low volume, and quite off key; very poor compared to the original, which we've had for 31 years, which we received from friends on our 25th anniversary. I have disconnected the speaker.
I ordered a replacement movement for a clock I had made years ago. It was noticed that I didn’t take advantage of the free clock hands offer and was contacted about it. The experience with your company was great as far as ordering and tge shipping was everything promised. However, I was unable to use the movement due to the shaft being too short. I should have measured better.
the staff did a great job my inexperience in choosing items meant I didn't pick out a new set of hands or a pendulum like they recommended

This replacement movement was easy to install and fit into the old clock with a minimum of fuss. It was probably better than the original.
The sound is little out of tune. I would prefer a simpler chime, just a ding on the half and the full time and count on the hour.
Service was prompt and thorough. I think better instruction might have saved us some trouble.
Good product works very well chime is not too loud and sounds quite authentic.
