Install a FRESH Duracell or Energizer Battery (But not a rechargeable type). In our experience, these are the only batteries that are reliable for clock mechanisms.

Elegant Clock

This clock insert added the perfect touch to my scroll saw project. The clock keeps good time and only takes one triple A battery. To cut the hole for clock, I use a 2 3/8" hole saw. The clock insert fit very well. I was pleased with the results and the price!

I was delighted to have an old favorite clock functioning again. It arrived when promised, and looks great. It slipped right in and fit perfectly. It has a small ticking sound but is in my powder room, so is no bother.

Nice looking and the size I wanted. The clock does run a 'little' fast tho. Don't see an adjustment screw . this is minor.
