Install a FRESH Duracell or Energizer Battery (But not a rechargeable type). In our experience, these are the only batteries that are reliable for clock mechanisms.

I used this insert to replace an older broken clock. It looks great and fits even better than the original insert. Thank you.

Needed this to replace the original (20+ yrs old) movement in a Waterford crystal clock.
It looks better than the old one- just doesn't have the name on it! It was a little small but a few rubber bands fixed that.
Shipping costs doubled the price but it is still a reasonably inexpensive solution.
Overall....very pleased with the prompt service.

The clock insert works well but doesn’t fit in the opening as well as I expected. I called customer service and was told to try wrapping some electrical tape inside. That did the trick but it is not perfect. On the upside, customer service was easy to get a hold of, friendly, and had an idea to try. For the price of the clock, it is fine.
