OnceI assembly it to the face of clock it works very well. I would recommend assembly instructions for further orders for those who have no idea how to assemble.

Very happy with the size and proportion of these hands. I would have preferred a gold second hand to the red but all in all they are fine and look nice on the clock. I appreciate that they were packed well and straight when I got them.
Received in reasonable time, but it only run for about 3 hrs. Customer service was very polite and promptly sent a replacement, which is operating perfectly. Would order again from Bear Woods Supply
