I had a problem with the clock I ordered so contacted customer service at Bear Woods.
Eden, at Bear Woods, jumped on the problem
and immediately had Bear Woods sens me a new
replacement clock. No hassles. My wife is very happy that I could repair her work anniversary clock with the replacement. Eden and Bear Woods provided the best customer service I have ever had. Thank You !!!

I had to replace the clock on a very nice Disney souvenir we have. This on fitted perfectly and is better quality than the original. I ordered 2 different ones just so i can change whenever i feel. Very happy with the product.
